Free lift passes for group leaders
We offer a FREE lift pass to the leader of a party of ten or more where there is no free place entitlement or other lift pass offer applicable.
Free name changes
We realise how difficult it can be to organise a group trip therefore we are happy to change the names on your booking free of charge on group bookings for ten or more people, travelling on charter flights, up to four weeks prior to departure.

Portugal Golf Offers
Hotel Vila Gale Ampalius in Vilamoura and Hotel Vila Gale Cerro Alagoa in Albufeira have dedicated golf desks and offer reduced green fees at a wide selection of courses throughout the Algarve. The Hotel Ampalius also offers free transport to the Vilamoura golf courses.
Hotel Pestana Alvor Praia and Hotel Pestana Delfim in Alvor both offer guaranteed tee-off times for unlimited golf rounds at Gramacho and Pinta courses, for €200 per week. Reservations can be made with Panorama at the time of booking.
Hotel Tivoli Marinotel in Vilamoura, Hotel Tivoli Almansor in Carvoeiro and Hotel Tivoli Lagos in Lagos all have dedicated golf desks, where guests are offered pre-bookable golf, guaranteed tee-off times and special rates and packages.

Madeira Golf Offers
Hotel Savoy Resort in Funchal offers a 20% discount per round on Santo da Serra and Palheiro golf courses if booked and paid for through the hotel.
Tivoli Ocean Park Resort in Funchal has a pre-bookable service with special rates and packages for hotel guests.

Algarve Golf Offers 
Guests can take advantage of the offer at Hotel Pestana Alvor Praia and Hotel Pestana Delfim in Alvor by emailing golf.algarve@pestana.com, quoting Panorama Holidays, the lead name on their holiday booking and the names of golfers with their current handicaps. A handicap certificate of 27 for men and 37 for women is required. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise a charge of €40 per round is payable. Changes to start times cost €8 (charged to your hotel bill) and must be stated at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that bookings must be made 1 month in advance and are subject to availability. To take advantage of the offers with Vila Galé and Tivoli Hotels, please visit the hotel's dedicated golf desk on arrival to reserve and pay for required tee-off times.

Most clubs require a handicap certificate and we strongly recommend that you take yours with you. Golfers who do not take their certificate with them may be refused play by the golf course. We cannot guarantee that non-brochure Supersaver accommodation will have the equivalent facilities of that are featured in our brochure. Once you have picked the star rating of your hotel/apartments we guarantee a hotel/apartment of that official rating. However, in certain circumstances it may be necessary to upgrade you to accommodation of a higher standard. Your board arrangements will be confirmed to you at the time of booking so that you will know that you are booked into self-catering apartments or a hotel on a bed and breakfast or half board basis.
