remind you that prices are regularly reviewed and can fluctuate accordingly. Every effort is
made to ensure thee accuracy of all information and prices but regrettably, errors do
occasionally occur. Where a price is obviously incorrect due to a system error, we shall not be
bound by such price. We may change this site at any time without notice by adding or removing
discounts, ‘Late Deals’, holidays and other features or services. This will be without
liability to you. We reserve the right to withdraw offers and discounts at any time and at our
discretion.
Official Ratings And Tour Operator Ratings
Tour Operators usually have their own ratings for when they assess accommodation unless
otherwise stated. The ratings that are shown on our website are the Tour Operators own ratings
and are an attempt to give a guide to the overall quality of properties. Tour Operators
universal ratings are usually based on the views taken from customer feedback and of senior
managers in both the UK and overseas. Where applicable, official ratings are given by the
authorities in the country, and do tend to give a fair impression of relative standards within
that country. However, different countries have different standards; so don’t assume that a
3-star hotel in one country is equivalent to a 3-star hotel in another.
Passwords
It is your responsibility to keep your passwords confidential and use the security devices
offered. Our security measures depend on you complying with this obligation and we are not
responsible for any breach of your privacy due to your failure either to keep your passwords
