The Costa Dorada (golden coast), takes its name from its sun-drenched, golden-hued sandy beaches that stretch for over 100km on the north eastern coast of Spain. The climate is typically Mediterranean and the beaches gently shelve into shallow waters making this area a very good choice for families.
