The Red Sea

Renowned for clear waters, the Red Sea resorts are spread behind long stretches of beach. Beaches in Sharm el Sheikh have white sand and clear waters. Local coral reefs make excellent snorkelling grounds around Sharm el Sheikh and are regarded as a world class scuba diving centre.

Please note: Due to the nature of some beaches in Egypt comprising of sand and coral fragments, using beach footwear is suggested.

Many of the larger resort hotels have a disco or nightclub, and the lively area of Na'ama Bay in Sharm el Sheikh comes alive at night with trendy bars and nightclubs.
